ASF or Windows Media Files that are broken or corrupted will not work properly in Replay Media Splitter. A tool has been included that that will fix these files for you. In Replay Media Splitter, load the file then select Tools, Repair Windows Media File.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the program. Streams and formats always change and we update frequently to handle this.
